1. Adding Link Posts

They let you direct the audience from GBP posts to a particular webpage that you want to promote. It can be your blog page, or homepage, or a product page. To create a link post, follow these steps:

 

  • Go to “Create Post” → Select the “Google Business Profile” tab. 
  • In the text composer, enter the text for your post.
  • Since it is a link post, add a URL beside the post content.
  • Schedule or share it as needed.

2. Create Image Posts

Adding attractive images to your GBP posts can make your business stand out, capturing the attention of potential customers and leaving a lasting impression.

 

To create an image post, follow these steps:

  • Go to “Create Post” → Select the “Google Business Profile” tab.
  • Click “Add Media” to upload images for your post from either your device, Cloud, Google Drive, or Dropbox. You can also add images from the stock images by clicking “Images from external sources”. 

Note: You cannot add videos to your GBP posts due to API restrictions.

3. Create Posts with CTAs

  • Go to “Create Post” → Select the “Google Business Profile” tab.

4. Publishing Images from Canva

If you want to create custom images, Social Blaze lets you use Canva to design appealing visuals within the platform itself. Here are the steps to publish images from Canva:

 

  • On the “Create Post” editor, click on the “Canva” icon. You will be asked to sign in to your Canva account to access it.  
  • Now open Canva and design your custom images.

After you have designed your image, attach it to your post & schedule it for publishing by clicking on “Add to Queue”.

5. Adding Emojis

6. Using Custom Fields

If you want to use snippets of information frequently (such as Address or Contact Number) in your posts, you can save them as “Custom Fields” in Social Blaze. To add custom fields in GBP post, follow these steps:

7. Using UTM Parameters
