How to Customize Posts For Instagram?
Social Blaze gives you complete freedom to customize your Instagram posts by adding images, hashtags, GIFs, emojis, etc., for improved engagement.
Here are the steps:
- In the dashboard sidebar, click on “Create Post” and select the “Instagram” tab on the post composer.
- Select your preference between Post, Story, or Reel.
- To insert images to your post, click on the “Add image” icon. You can either upload from your local device, or access images from Google Drive, Dropbox, or Box.
- Moreover, you can also use stock images from the Unsplash integration. For this, click on the “Add from an external source” icon, search for relevant images or videos, and select them to add to your post.
Note: Social Blaze allows you to share up to 10 images and tag public profiles on all the images.

- Alternatively, you can also add images created by you on Canva. Simply, click on the “Canva” icon and sign in or create an account on it to create your graphics.
- Now, if you want to publish Reels on your Instagram account, Social Blaze offers additional customization options:
However, to be able to upload a video for Instagram Reel in Social Blaze, your video should meet the following criteria:
- Length: the video should be between 3 and 60 seconds. If it’s longer, you won’t be able to share it directly.
- Supported formats: .avi, .mp4, .mov, and .webm,
- Aspect Ratio: The aspect ratio should be between 4:5 and 1.91:1.
- Post limit: You can post up to 25 times in 24 hours using Direct Publishing for an Instagram Business Account
You can personalize your posts even more by tagging other Instagram profiles. Simply type ‘@’ and then the account name.
- Include location tags to target your posts to specific geographic audiences.
- You can further personalize and elevate your posts by incorporating emojis to express the emotions behind them.


- You can also schedule a First Comment on your posts. This will help you keep your posts clean as it places the additional hashtags or details in the comment.
Note: You can add up to 30 hashtags in a single Instagram post.

- Once you have customized your IG post, set the Privacy Settings for Stories & Reels: Mutual Friends, Self, Public, and then publish it.
