How to set up White Label with Social Blaze?
For users subscribing to our Agency+, Social Blaze offers a White Label Account without any extra cost. This feature allows you to customize your Social Blaze dashboard and interface to reflect your brand.
In the White Label setup, you get a customized URL, brand name, logo, icons, colors, and email address. You can manage multiple social media accounts with Social Blaze. This includes Facebook Pages and Groups, Twitter, and LinkedIn Profiles and Pages. You can also handle Pinterest, Instagram Business Profiles, and Google Business Profile accounts.
However, the White Label feature is only available for paying customers and cannot be used during the 14-day trial period.
So, there are two ways to use White Label in Social Blaze:

URL Shortening | Bitly will be the only supported URL shortening service, with an option to customize it under your white label by providing your Bitly App ID and App Secret linked to your domain. | The shortening of URLs will be available solely through Bitly, with the ability to customize it under your white label by providing the Bitly App ID and App Secret linked to your domain. |
After choosing one of the above methods for your White Label dashboard, please complete the provided form by including the following details:
- Business Name, Email, Address, and Primary Website URL.
- In the “add a white label URL”, enter a subdomain of your main website. A subdomain can be created through CPanel.
- For this, you will need to attach a logo size 170 X 31. A file larger than 1MB won’t be attached.
- Select colors to customize your White Label dashboard.
- For security reasons, the subdomain or the White Label URL will need to comply with SSL certifications. We will send you the next steps to link the White Label domain and set up the SSL certificate.
- To configure your custom email, we require your SMTP details, including the SMTP username, password, port number, and outgoing mail server. As the password is sensitive information, please share it with us via email.
- If you want to integrate a URL Shortener into your White Label, you can create an app on Bitly. To do this, you’ll need a domain name and must provide us with the App ID and App Secret. However, this step is entirely optional.
