Orient yourself on the page
Design-preview images. These captures use sample data from the redesigned workspace. Illustrations use sample data. Available controls and results depend on your connected platform and account permissions.
Use this overview to locate the main controls before following the focused illustrations below.

Switch social inboxes
Choose the network whose conversations you want to work on. Then choose the intended account. Message and attachment support vary by platform.

Choose the account whose conversations you need
Select the connected profile for this inbox. All accounts combines the available accounts. If the expected account is missing, review both its connection and your assigned account access.

Find the post conversation you need
Search using a recognizable part of the caption. The selected account and assignment filters still matter. Clear the query if you want to browse the full available list.

Find work assigned to a person
Select Unassigned to find conversations without an owner, or select a teammate to see their work. Return to All assignments to remove this filter.

Request the latest visible items
Refresh the current view after changing accounts or when checking for new activity. Keep the same filters in mind when deciding whether an item is missing.

Work with comments on published posts
Use Posts to browse post conversations. Select a post in the left column; the main panel shows its original content and comments so your reply has context.

Review mentions of the account
Open Mentions where the platform supports it. Read the selected account and the original context before replying or marking the conversation complete.

See conversations that still need attention
Use Inbox to work through open conversations. Select an item to inspect it before deciding who should reply or whether the conversation is finished.

Review completed conversations
Use Done to inspect conversations marked complete. This separates finished work from conversations still waiting in the inbox.

Open a conversation
Select an item in the left column, then read its account, original post or message thread, and latest activity in the main panel. Review that context before replying, assigning an owner, or marking the conversation done.

Give the conversation an owner
Select the teammate responsible for following up. Assignment helps the team divide work; it is different from marking a conversation finished.

Finish the conversation workflow
Choose this after reviewing the conversation and handling its outstanding work. Verify that the conversation leaves the open inbox and can be found under Done.

Use a suggestion as a starting point
Open the suggested-reply action, then review the proposed wording. Check facts, tone, and the customer’s question before using a suggestion in a public reply.

Keep internal context with the conversation
Open the note dialog and add information useful to your teammates. A team note is separate from the customer-facing reply field. Check the dialog’s label before saving.

Write a reply with the original post in view
Read the thread first. Type the message in this field, then reread it for the intended account and audience. Typing prepares a reply; Send is the separate action that submits it.

Attach media to a reply
Open the attachment control and choose supported media. Check the preview and the selected conversation before sending. Supported attachments depend on the network.

Add an emoji at the cursor
Open the emoji picker and choose an emoji appropriate to the conversation. Review the full reply afterward so its meaning and tone remain clear.

Choose an animated reply attachment
Open the GIF picker, select an appropriate result, and check its preview. Availability depends on the selected platform.

Submit the prepared reply
Check the selected account, conversation, wording, and attachments. The button is disabled when there is no reply to send. After submitting, check that the reply appears in the thread.
