Why is My Post Generating an Error?

Are you seeing your posts in the “Error” tab on “Manage Posts” page? Well, if yes, you could be facing one of the following reasons:

  • Your authorization token may have expired. This issue can be resolved by reconnecting your account with Social Blaze. If you still face the same issue, consider reauthorizing your page, especially for Pinterest, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • You may have shared the same post several times (particularly on Twitter).
  • If a post was rejected by a social media platform as per their guidelines, you might face this issue. To fix this, go to the “Error” tab, correct the content issue, and then reschedule or reshare the post.
  • Check for the image size you have shared in the post. Chances are you might have attached large-sized images that aren’t supported by certain social media platforms. Check for the image guidelines on the Help section of the platform and recreate the post.
  • If you are facing this issue when posting on Instagram, you might have exceeded the 24-hour posting limit. In that case, you will receive a “rate limit reached” error once you share 25 posts in a day.
  • You might have lost access to certain configured Groups or Pages after authorizing with Social Blaze. Get more information.
