How do I Pause the Social Blaze Subscriptions?
Want to take a break from managing your social media using Social Blaze? Our “Pause Account” feature can help! It allows you to stop your account temporarily and keep your data safe and configurations as it is until you return. You can resume your subscription anytime you want and access your saved data to begin using the tool again.
Here are some important aspects of pausing your account with us:
- Social Blaze lets you pause your account for a maximum of 30 days – applicable for both monthly and annual subscription plans.
- Regarding the payment during account pause, the payment deduction will be paused from the next billing cycle of monthly subscribers. For annual subscriptions, the payment deduction will be paused from the moment they click the “pause account” button.
Steps to Pause Your Account
- On the dashboard, click on your profile picture and select “Subscriptions”.
- Click on “Cancel Subscriptions”.

- Now, click on the “Pause subscription for 30 days” button, followed by the “Confirm” button on the pop-up that appears.
- Your account will be successfully paused for the next 30 days.
How to Reactivate My Account?
Any time you want to start reusing your Social Blaze account, simply sign in to your account and choose “Reactive Activate” when asked. The account will be reactivated immediately for monthly subscribers, while it will be activated in up to 24 hours for annual subscriptions.
